8. FORECAST PLAN
Come on, you knew this one was going to be on the list. All the trainers make you make boards because they work. You work so many muscles at once, and it strengthens all the central muscles that surround the spine to help prevent back injuries.
How to do:
Start with a push position, but instead of resting your weight on your hands, bend your elbows, and rest on your forearms.
Your body should form a straight line from head to toe.
Squeeze your abs and hold the position for as long as you can.
