7. SIDE PLAN
The younger sister of the standard board, the side plank insulates the obliques even more. It recruits almost as many muscles as the front board and helps tighten and tone to give you sexy lines on the sides of your abs.
How do I do that?
Lie on your left side, placing your left forearm on the floor to support yourself.
Lift your hips so that your body forms a straight line, tighten the buttocks, and tighten the abdominals.
(Your weight should rest on your left forearm and on the edge of your left foot).
