5. Recumbent windshield wipers
How to do this: Start sitting on the tailbone, the upper body resting on the forearms and legs raised in the air, and facing the upper right corner of the carpet. Slowly, and without moving the upper body, make a semi-circle with the legs, cambering until you reach the top left corner of the carpet. Go back to the starting point. It’s a line. Do 15 rehearsals.
Good for: abs in a pack of six, oblique, cross-cutting
