How to do this: Start lying on your back with your legs in the air, leaning 90 degrees (shins parallel to the ground), and hands clenched on your chest. In one movement, stretch your legs and lift your torso, extending your arms and trying to touch your toes with your hands. Lower your back to begin with. It’s a line. Do 15 rehearsals.
